1. All access or use of the Services is subject to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any applicable supplemental agreements.
2. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Services, or clicking "I agree," you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are authorized to accept these Terms.
3. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. The W3career Platform provides tools and analytics for executive recruiting, including but not limited to candidate assessments, custom tests (video, quiz, file), dashboards, company/role showcase pages, recruiter pipelines, and advanced AI insights.
2. Key Features include:
• AI-driven scoring, ranking, and candidate analytics
• Interactive assessment builder and reporting
• Team management, invitation, and candidate communication features
3. The Platform is provided as-is. Availability, features, and data format may evolve over time to improve security or functionality.
4. Any stated future features, including payment/billing, are non-binding and may be introduced or modified at any time.
